- Orders
- Size of shirts is based on ASIAN size (smaller than US size). Please refer to the sizes tab.
- If you need larger sizes, please send an email to bonanza@icarusshirts.com
- Personalized names will be CAPITALIZED by default.
- Please indicate in the customer note during checkout if we need to follow capitalization.
- Complete order details (including personalized names) will be sent via email. This will be considered as the order list.
- Address with a US P.O. box is not allowed for the shipping option: DHL Express
- P.O. box for other countries is subject to approval.
- Orders which require ID are subject to approval.
- These include Mason and other fraternity shirts.
- For orders that are not approved, you may choose a different design or cancel the order.
- For cancelled orders, payment fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Size of shirts is based on ASIAN size (smaller than US size). Please refer to the sizes tab.
- Payments
- Suggested Retail Price (SRP) for payments via bank transfer
- Additional charges may apply for the following:
- delivery to remote areas
- Return & Replacements
- Free replacements will be acknowledged given the following conditions:
- Greater than 0.5″ discrepancy in the actual size of the shirt vs. the size chart of Icarus Shirts.
- Misspelling of name based on the order list. The order list will be sent to you via email.
- Incorrect placement of logos based on the approved artwork, or additional instructions in the order list.
- Free replacements will be acknowledged given the following conditions:
- Delivery Date
- Delivery Date will be finalized upon initial payment of the order.
- Payment must be made within 3 business days to finalize the indicated delivery date.
- Delivery schedule for orders less than 5 pieces is listed in the checkout page.
- Delivery schedule for new event shirts is listed in the product page.
- For US Post deliveries, delivery date is indicated in the option that you selected.
- Delivery Date is subject to rebooking if payment has not been made.
